• complete one registration form for each player
• indicate a parent’s email address on the form to receive updates and schedules via email. 
• Each player and a parent or guardian must sign the League Code of Conduct. 

IMPORTANT:  no athlete can enter the water unless all fees and forms are complete.

• The fees outlined below go towards paying pool rental for practices, equipment, Coach Honorariums, League Fees (cover pool rentals for games and Refs) and BC Water Polo fee (insurance).   Due to insurance concerns, no athlete can enter the water unless all fees and forms are complete.

  Cadet                               1995 and 1996                            $195 per player

  Bantam                            1997 and 1998                            $185 per player

  Atom                               1992, 2000 and 2001                 $160 per player

• Returning registrations must be returned to Registrar by Tuesday, Aug 31, 2010. 
• The number of returning players determines how many new players we can register.
